Captured Tracks is one of my favorite independent record labels around. It all started for me when I first heard the Beach Fossils "Daydream/Desert Sand" single. That then led me to discover seminal Captured Tracks artist, Wild Nothing. Over the years, I've been fortunate enough to build up an intimate portrait portfolio of some of their best artists. One of my favorite moments from this small body of work was with Jack Tatum/Wild Nothing, when we where riding on a golf cart at Lollapalooza 2013. He was talking about how excited he was to see The Cure for the first time, and I was on my way to photograph Zachary Cole Smith/DIIV.CRAZY! BIG thanks to Sara and Nick for all of their hard work in getting these incredible artists in front of the lens.
